Millennium Fellowship Project: Hamwe health

HAMWE Health is a digital healthcare platform dedicated to help everyone to make a healthy choice, addressing social determinants of health using Gamification approach and availing healthcare service( mainly e-health services like virtual consultations) at individual level in improving people’s physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing using technology tools while cutting down healthcare expenductures . HAMWE Health provides healthy lifestyle educational services to empower our beneficiaries and connects you to healthcare professionals. Our vision is to create a world where all people lives a healthy life.

About the Millennium Fellow

Innocent BYIRINGIRO is an innovative, young and globally competitive 3rd year Medical student at University of Rwanda with interests in Medicine, Technology and global health. He was born in Eastern province of Rwanda where He had studied primary and ordinary level of high school before He joined Ecole Des Science De Byimana in Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology. For as Long as He could remember, Innocent has been always passionate about health promotion, disease prevention and improving quality of life by addressing social determinant of life. This habit and drive came from Innocent’s experiences in global health and His continuous dedication to health and wellbeing of society. Since He is in high school , He successful organized and coordinated various project to improve quality of life at school, community , national and international level, Which through her outstanding leadership , He plan to continue in the future. Currently, He is CEO and Founder of Hamwe health, an organization aimed to improve quality of life in developing countries. Innocent aspires to be in a professional field where He can collaborate with people globally to improve quality of life, and contribute to achievement of United Nation Sustainable Development Goals.
