" I am thrilled to be a Millennium Fellow because I get to have the opportunity to development my character and goals as a leader. I get the chance to present my project and later get the opportunity to enhance it further through listening to different leaders. I am interested in helping create an inclusive society and I know the Millennium Fellowship will help me widen my perspective local and internationally. I believe through webinars I will have an insight on different ways people are being stripped off their values as individuals.A society that caters for people's needs helps maintain the health of the people leaving within. I strongly believe that I will be able to grasp knowledge that will help make a difference one step at a time. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: I MATTER TOO

The project centered on reducing inequality .This is being carried out by learning about the deaf community. This will help us understand them better.Inorder to be able communicate with them there is a need to learn Sign Language. This is to bridge a communication barrier between the people with disabilities, with the aim to create an inclusive society. This is so we can understand some of the issues they are facing as a community and see how change can be made .
