Millennium Fellowship Project: The Torch of Prometheus

The project aims to understand the impact of rote-learning culture on students and to promote a healthier approach to learning, by inspiring the desire to learn for learning's sake

About the Millennium Fellow

Nibodh Minikumar is a spirited, enthusiasted mechanical engineering student at Vellore Institute of Technology, India. He was born in Thiruvananthapuram, a vibrant city in Kerala, which has given him great exposure to diverse global cultures and has instilled in him the ambition and drive to pursue goals for the betterment of the world as a whole. Throughout his school and college life, Nibodh has shown himself to be a model for selfless and inclusive leadership, and aims to develop his abilities further to work towards the United Nations' Sustainable Goals. Nibodh plans to work in a professional field that not only entertains his technical skills, but also help bring his ideas for improving student communities and educational reforms to the forefront.
