Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Lakshya
Through this project, we will be planning to conduct teaching sessions both in offline and online mode to assess the quality of education being provided to students from all classes of social sections residing in urban areas. We want to organize small-scale book donation campaigns in which we will locate and give high-quality academic books and subject matter to individuals who cannot purchase them. We also want to hold fundraisers to increase awareness of the need for skill and real-life education among our country's poor population by hosting art and music sessions. The cash raised will be provided to grassroots non-governmental organizations, which those NGOs will utilize to assist more people in receiving elementary and secondary education. Along with school-aged children, we plan to teach individuals who have not had the opportunity to get an education. We also aim to teach them basic life skills, along with real-life based education regarding taboos related to sex, population control measures, gender studies, along with moral values of privacy, dignity, self-respect, etc., which are essential to lead a contented life and head our way towards a better and inclusive society for all to peacefully co-exist.
