Millennium Fellowship Project: Hypertension Campaign: Don't Let Your Blood Pressure Pressurize Your Health
Hypertension campaign is a group project Led by the Millennium Fellows of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Cohort. This project aims to engage with community traders of Ekpoma market square to sensitize and counsel them about hypertension and its complications through an open campaign, brief drama and flyers. There would also be blood pressure checks on them which would be carried out by i and members of my cohorts.During the millennium fellowship August to November 2023,Project hypertension would host a campaign event , physical meetings,Online discussions. We are hoping to reach 150 persons during these events.
About the Millennium Fellow
Eboi Akhere Peace is a Doctor in training,in the prestigious University;Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma,Edo State,Nigeria.Akhere is passionate about Human existence and the kind of choices we make,and how these choices may affect the individual or the community in the long run.Through her project,she hopes to help young minds make better decisions and choices,mostly in the aspect of Education.After graduation,Akhere plans alongside her profession,to create an NGO which focuses on Human Development,Choices and it's impact on the individual and Society at large.
