Millennium Fellowship Project: Hypertension Campaign: Don't Let Your Blood Pressure Pressurize Your Health
Hypertension campaign is a group project Led by the Millennium Fellows of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Cohort. This project aims to engage with community traders of Ekpoma market square to sensitize and counsel them about hypertension and its complications through an open campaign, brief drama and flyers. There would also be blood pressure checks on them which would be carried out by i and members of my cohorts.During the millennium fellowship August to November 2023,Project hypertension would host a campaign event , physical meetings,Online discussions. We are hoping to reach 150 persons during these events.
About the Millennium Fellow
Great Ataga is a 500l medical student of Ambrose Alli University. She's the first out of five. She hails from Udo, Igueben local Government Edo state Nigeria. She's a passionate leader who has served and various level of leadership in the Christian Medical and Dental Association-of Nigeria- student arm of her school amongst other positions she served as the first female Preclinical coordinator and The 3rd Female President Since the onset of the Association in her School.Her passion is to see that lives are being impacted to the best of her ability and People are able to fulfill their full potential.
