Millennium Fellowship Project: Hypertension Campaign: Don't Let Your Blood Pressure Pressurize Your Health
Hypertension campaign is a group project Led by the Millennium Fellows of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Cohort. This project aims to engage with community traders of Ekpoma market square to sensitize and counsel them about hypertension and its complications through an open campaign, brief drama and flyers. There would also be blood pressure checks on them which would be carried out by i and members of my cohorts.During the millennium fellowship August to November 2023,Project hypertension would host a campaign event , physical meetings,Online discussions. We are hoping to reach 150 persons during these events.
About the Millennium Fellow
Aigbogun Osahenrunmwen is a 3rd year medical student in Ambrose Alli University.
She is passionate about making an impact in her environment, community and region at large, She loves to reach out to people, to be an inspiration to those around her.
Through her project she plans to increase awareness on Glaucoma, educate people on the importance of regular eye check-ups.
After she graduates she hopes to start up a foundation that strives and works to improve mankind.
