Millennium Fellowship Project: Educate A Girl Child

My project is about education of the Girl Child. This project seeks to help the girl child find and discover her unique purpose, learn about her sexual and reproductive health and position the girl child for leadership and influence in the society.
The measurable goal is to reach out to 200-299 girls in rural communities to educate them on career choices, gender based violence, personal hygiene and share sanitary pads to them.

About the Millennium Fellow

Purity Onyeocha, a 5th year medical student of the Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria. She's passionate about educating the girl child and see them take up leadership positions in the society. She believes every girl has a right to quality education and as such should not be denied access to it.
Girls should be taught early about sexual and reproductive health which include but not limited to gender based violence, how to avoid teenage pregnancy and a good personal hygiene.
When you educate a girl, you educate a Nation.
