The "The Increase Employment Project (IEP)" is dedicated to elevating the employability of recent university graduates in Ethiopia. Our mission involves enriching their professional profiles by facilitating diverse internship and extracurricular engagement opportunities while in their learning years, ensuring a robust foundation for their career development.
About the Millennium Fellow
Arsema Hailu Alemu is a senior economics student at Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia. She is passionate about bringing positive change to the community through hard work and reliance. As an economics major, she hopes to use the project to help play a small part in creating Ethiopia's sustainable economic development. After graduation, Arsema plans to further continue her education in the field of economics in order to broaden her horizon of knowledge.
