Millennium Fellowship Project: Disable Youth Empowerment Organisation (DYEO)

Disable Youth Empowerment Organisation is a non profit and volunteer organisation that aims at the empowerment of Young People living with disabilities by creating awareness about their rights in the communites, advocacy for signs language literacy, mentorship and summer school services so as to achieve quality education for all without discrimination.

About the Millennium Fellow

Lim Chuong Biel is a LLB student at Addis Ababa University. He is passionate about helping and promoting the rights of People With Disabilities in his community. As a boy growing up in country affected by wars, he felt the pain of vulnerable people who are victims of societal and physical barriers and committed to change their lives by founding an organization that give extra teaching and counselling to young PWDs.
Lim believe that, making an impacts in his community is a great contribution to changing the world and make it a better place for everyone to live peacefully irrespective of their Identity, race, gender etc.
After graduation, he will pursue his master's degree in Human Rights.
