Millennium Fellowship Project: The Full Cycle

The project, l is called, The Full Cycle is called so because it involves a cycle of awareness to healthy living, the benefits of screening and the dangers of undetected cardiac diseases and malignant conditions. Further down my research I partnered up with a like-minded individual and the final part of the cycle was made. This project has two primary objectives;
The first, “Life Guardian Awareness Initiative”. It entails bringing awareness to a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of regular screening, focusing on improving the survival rate of individuals with cardiac disease and cancer, as early detection of these diseases means a better prognosis and higher chances of survival.
The second, “COVERED”. It involves those with financial burden and insurance schemes as relates to medical health. With the way the economy of this country is, a lot of people, especially the low economic class citizens, are not privileged to effective and affordable health care services. So, this is aimed at devising ways through which good and affordable health services can be made available. It's a coverage for those who need covering medically.
The idea for this program that we have been working on is to make a group chat, then a blog will be created in the later stages. This is to reach out better because we are still students and can’t take long leaves to hold a physical seminar, but the group chat if it goes well, can at least disseminate vital information. We believe that this is very important to correct the ignorance and careless attitude of people towards their health, the helplessness of those in financial troubles, and to prevent a death that could be avoided. We cannot say with certainty what changes this project will bring, but our goal for this program is that about 50 people will have a change in their mindset and attitude towards their wellbeing and I wish to bring hope to about 2 people in need.
