The "Smart Transportation System" project aims to transform transportation in Sierra Leone and across Africa by introducing innovative and localized smart mobility solutions. This project focuses on optimizing traffic flow, enhancing public transportation accessibility, creating interconnected mobility hubs, and incorporating smart payment methods. Community engagement and infrastructure development are pivotal components, ensuring the system aligns with local needs. The project's benefits include improved urban mobility, economic growth, environmental sustainability, enhanced safety, and the potential to serve as a model for other African regions. This initiative envisions a future where technology-driven transportation fosters inclusivity, efficiency, and sustainability across the continent.
