Millennium Fellowship Project: MEEN Africa: Transforming Farm/Food Waste into Sustainable Energy Solutions.

MEEN Africa is a pioneering venture addressing environmental and socio-economic challenges associated with cassava processing waste, specifically cassava peels. Our mission is to convert cassava peel waste into biogas, providing a sustainable energy source through an innovative and community-centric approach.

About the Millennium Fellow

Chijioke hails from Nigeria and is currently pursuing a degree in software engineering at the African Leadership University in Kigali, Rwanda. Rooted in the heart of southeastern Nigeria, where his parents tilled the land as humble farmers, he stands with unwavering dedication to spark positive change within and beyond his community. Guided by personal convictions and fueled by life's journey, Chijioke is steadfast in championing the causes of marginalized farmers, accessible fertility care, climate action, and universal equality. Through purposeful determination, profound insight, and resolute action, he strives to bring about transformative impact that resonates far and wide.
