Millennium Fellowship Project: Senegalese Youth Think Green
The Senegalese Youth Think Green (SYTG) aims to increase awareness among young
people in Senegal about climate change and environmental issues. Through education and outreach, you hope to inspire the youth of Senegal to take action and become advocates for a more sustainable future. By promoting green practices and sustainable living, you hope to encourage positive behaviour changes that will help protect the environment and combat climate change. In short, your project is all about empowering the youth of Senegal to think green and take action to build a better future for themselves and the planet.
About the Millennium Fellow
Lassana Ndiaye is a highly motivated and passionate individual who is deeply committed to addressing the critical issues of climate change and sustainability. As the Founder and CEO of the Senegalese Youth Climate Action (SYCA), he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a strong track record of success in the non-profit sector. With over two years of experience in the field Lassana has also worked with several renowned organizations, including ClimateScience based in the UK, where he played an active role in promoting environmental awareness and education.
