Millennium Fellowship Project: Lead-Innovate Academy

An online platform where children learn innovation and self-leadership to enhance their critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and problem solving abilities, while engaging all stakeholders, espe ially parents and teachers to be a part of rhe students' growth journey.

About the Millennium Fellow

Leticia Naa Adu Darko is a final-year BSc. Computer Science student at the African Leadership University, Rwanda, planning to pursue a master's in project management. She co-founded Fibre Trans-waste to address period poverty in Ghana through eco-friendly sanitary pads. Passionate about STEM education, Leticia actively encourages girls and children to embrace STEM through her give-back activities in Ghana. She believes with the right mindset and direction, every child can make a positive impact. With a vision to establish an innovative educational institution, Leticia aims to empower children (aged 11-15) with leadership and creativity, nurturing them into future change-makers.
