Millennium Fellowship Project: Back in Action: A New Platform for Women on Career Breaks
Back in Action is a new platform that aims to help women relaunch their careers after taking extended breaks for caregiving responsibilities or other reasons. It aims to address major challenges faced by women seeking to return to work after months or years focused outside the workplace. The platform is currently in alpha testing with plans to launch more broadly in early 2024.
