Millennium Fellowship Project: Waste Management and Sanitation
The project is aimed at ensuring a dirt-free, clean and safe environment to live. A particular area is chosen in particular to be cleaned and sanitized, after which the refuse gathered are separated based on it's degradability factor. Plastics, bottles and nylons are put aside to be recycled, then other waste products are disposed.
Also, enlightenment and sensitization is made to people on the importance of clean environment, and consumption of safe drinking water.
About the Millennium Fellow
I am Hassan Olatunbosun Kamil, a 200 level student of Anatomy at Bayero University. He is very passionate about societal transformation by impacting meaningfully into the society, especially in the aspect of Education and public health. He has penchant for driving young age children back to school and providing awareness to the elders on issues pertaining to their growth and development
