Millennium Fellowship Project: Cultural Tech Nexus

Cultural Tech Nexus is a group project that addresses the issues of tribalism and lack of access to further education. The projects aims to engage with secondary school students in our community as well as undergraduates who seek tech opportunities in their desired tech fields. During the Millennium Fellowship period (specifically in October), we plan to host a webinar series for our campus community that focus on exploring the roles and gaining understanding of specific tech fields. In November we plan to host a live event that would be a mix of debates between our target audience, workshop opportunities and Coursera scholarship while having a cultural diversity aesthetic. We are aiming to reach a minimum of 500 people across the webinars and event.
