Millennium Fellowship Project: Health Hero
Health-Hero is a non-profit organization aiming at alleviating the increase incident of street children who do not manage to go to school due to lack financial support by availing finance and educate people on the importance of staying healthy by making public awareness on the benefit of eating healthy food, seek medication when ill and go for check up before any incident of a severe disease.
About the Millennium Fellow
I’m Majok Kuol Deng. I’m an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hardworking leader and a medical student. I’m passionate about challenging myself with tasks beyond my capabilities and figure out ways to learn through.
As a determined and strong individual, I always work hard to overcome my fears and fulfill my dreams. I only see possibilities in the midst of so many obstacles.
Through my leadership skills, I have earned so much respect from my peers where I always stand tall and speak for them.
Currently I’m leading my countrymen in the university and look out for them in whatever way possible. I facilitate them on the daily activities in the university and also educate them on how to stay focus on their journey.
