Millennium Fellowship Project: Project Period

Addressing period poverty on campus is a crucial initiative that requires careful planning and implementation.
-Establish strategically located dispensers for free menstrual products in high-traffic areas across campus, such as restrooms, libraries, and communal spaces.
-Implement a sustainable supply system to ensure continuous availability of products and manage restocking efficiently within colleges.

About the Millennium Fellow

Sara Misku is third-year medical student at the University of Cambridge. Passionate about public health, Sara will begin her year of specialist study in Pathology, focusing on epidemiology and the control of infectious diseases. She was inspired by the potential to improved health outcomes using education and knowledge on how to protect health and treat disease. Through her project, she aims to investigate the intersection between public health issues and sexual and reproductive health . Sara is also a keen artist, dancer and violinist.
