Millennium Fellowship Project: New path: Breaking the cycle
The project looks at those struggling with substance abuse, find ways of integrating them into rehabilitation centres and be able to offer programs that will help them break the cycle of abuse and be productive in their community.
About the Millennium Fellow
Reuben chengo is a Final year medical student at the Copperbelt University school of medicine, Zambia, where he pursues a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery.Reuben is passionate about bringing sustainable change through social Advocacy and community collaboration in finding solutions to problems affecting society in today's world. Much of his work hasbeen focuse on health promotion among the community. Through his project , he seeks to help society in combating effects of climate change on health, food security and environmental sustainability.Reuben plans to pursue a master's in Public Health and Internal Medicine post-graduation, aspiring to become an infectious disease expert.
