Millennium Fellowship Project: The Backstage Pass

In our academic institutions, the focus on digital and financial literacy often centers around students and teaching faculty. However, the invaluable contributions of non-teaching campus staff often go unrecognized, despite their indispensable role in creating a conducive learning environment. This project recognizes the need to equip non-teaching staff members with essential digital and financial literacy skills. Our mission is to empower them with the knowledge and tools they need to excel not only in their personal lives but also in their roles within the campus community.
The success of our project will be measured by the enhanced knowledge and confidence of non-teaching staff in managing their finances, effectively using digital tools, and protecting their online presence. Our ultimate goal is to create a more empowered, informed, and resilient community within the campus, where every member feels valued and equipped to excel in an ever-evolving digital world.
