In our academic institutions, the focus on digital and financial literacy often centers around students and teaching faculty. However, the invaluable contributions of non-teaching campus staff often go unrecognized, despite their indispensable role in creating a conducive learning environment. This project recognizes the need to equip non-teaching staff members with essential digital and financial literacy skills. Our mission is to empower them with the knowledge and tools they need to excel not only in their personal lives but also in their roles within the campus community.

The non-teaching staff are the backbone of our campus, ensuring that the day-to-day operations run seamlessly. From maintenance and security to administrative and support roles, their work touches every aspect of campus life. Yet, they may not always have access to the resources and training necessary to thrive in today's increasingly digital and financially complex world. This project is a commitment to bridge that gap.
