Millennium Fellowship Project: Aura
Our project is about gender Equality and it's perception about it in our families. Charity begins at home, so if we don't make the one who are raising the child understand what it means by gender Equality, we will be far from achieving the goals. Our project is about making the parents aware how parenting effects the notion of Equality.
We hope to engage with a group of parents and try to engage in conversation about how they raise their children, how they teach about gender rule.
We will also talk to children and teenagers and make them aware about the effects of their perception of Equality in their life. By the end of the sessions we hope to bring positive change in the minds of our parents and the future generations, taking part in minimizing the effect of gender inequality seed from home.
