Water is a vital component of life, and without it, we would not be able to survive even one day. However, it is alarming to learn that many people around the globe lack access to clean water for daily use, including drinking and sanitation. There are lots of people in Bangladesh who struggle with this issue. In my community, many people do not have access to pure drinking water. They use contaminated, unfiltered water for everyday tasks such as cooking, bathing, drinking, etc. Also, they are vulnerable to various diseases. The vast majority of them are ignorant of healthy lifestyle practices. The majority of the time, they use home remedies to treat their illnesses, usually in a very unhealthy manner.

Through our initiative, Nirmol Nir, we hope to improve their quality of life by providing them with access to pure, clean water for drinking and everyday use and water filtration. We also aspire to raise awareness and educate the communities on the importance of hygiene and water conservation. In our initiative, we want to emphasize Sustainable Development Goals 3- good health and wellbeing and 6- clean water and sanitation.
