Millennium Fellowship Project: Bin for a clean environment
I always want to protect the environment. From the beginning of my childhood, I wanted to work for a healthy environment. In my faculty area, there is no bin for waste. From the Varsity main gate to the faculty, it is 1.5 km long. Also, it is a big area. When we eat something, if there are no bins around, I hold onto the empty
packet, can, bottle, etc. until I go to my house. but all students are not concerned
about it. they just thorw it. Also, our faculty area is a beautiful place to visit. So there are many students who come here daily, and there are visitors who come on their off days and do the same thing as well. This makes the area unappealing and has a
negative impact on the environment, so I want to place
2-3 bins in the whole area. By creating awareness through social media and doing
educational campaigns, I want to tell them about the consequences of this. Tell them about how we can help create a sustainable environment by recycling.
