Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainable Rural Women Development
We basically worked Targetting SDG 5:Gender equality.we had two main objectives ,
Firstly we wanted to emporwer rural women.In Bangladesh,Mainy rural women face
child marriage and can not complete their education.So throughout their life are
dependent on their husband for their livelihood and this makes them more vulnerable
to any kind of violence,physical -mental abuse and many more.In our project we talked
with some rural women who lives near our campus.we talked closely and came to
know thier lifestyle,their financial condition,Health condition , family education and
child education.We bought them some equipments(eg:chicks,seeds)to that they
become capable financially.
Our second objective was to create awareness among rural women about their
rights,healthcare & Sanitation.

I am Tasnim Alam Momita, a diligent and enthusiastic undergraduate student,currently in the midst of fourth year & My field of study is international Relations.
