Millennium Fellowship Project: Integrative Health

"Integrative Health" project is a podcast episode series exploring integrative medicine, a holistic approach to health that combines conventional medical practices with complementary and alternative therapies. In the podcast episodes, guest experts contribute to a comprehensive view of how diverse approaches (e.g. Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbology, and nutritional counseling) can work together to improve one's health and well-being. Project’s ultimate goal was to spark meaningful conversations and actions aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (“Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages”), paving the way for healthier and more fulfilling lives for all. This project has been made possible with the support of the MediHealth Podcast, a student-led science organization funded by Duke Kunshan University's Health Humanities Lab. Their invaluable input has played a crucial role in the realization of this initiative. Together, we have successfully recorded and produced over five episodes as part of the "Integrative Health" season that will be released on different MediHealth Podcast platforms, including Spotify, in December 2023 and January 2024.
