Millennium Fellowship Project: Campus-wide Sustainability Reduction and Education

My project is a combination of both working with another fellow to reduce food waste on campus through any means necessary, which includes continual communication with those in charge of food distribution and cafeteria management at the university. The other aspect of the project is in collaboration with another fellow to make a website where students can find vegetarian restaurants, visit places and organizations that are trying to make a difference environmentally, as well as provide general education about sustainable lifestyles. She is in charge of the more technical aspects and I am in charge of the content. Website construction is still ongoing.
