Millennium Fellowship Project: SWFL Community Health Clinics
The SWFL Community Health Clinics are committed to serving the underserved populations in Immokalee and Golden Gate by offering free monthly health screenings. Our objective is to provide crucial health metrics, including vital signs, blood pressure, glucose levels, height, and weight measurements to all members of the community while also distributing personal hygiene donations. Additionally, we seek to educate individuals on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and inform them about accessible healthcare options in their local area. Our ultimate goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.
