Millennium Fellowship Project: SWFL Community Health Clinics
The SWFL Community Health Clinic will provide underserved communities of the area such as Immokalee, Golden Gate, and more with access to free health screenings once a month. Our goal is to provide vital signs, blood pressure, glucose, height and weight measurements to all and give personal hygiene donations. We also hope to educate community members about how to maintain a healthy lifestyle along with informing them of affordable healthcare options they have in their community.
