Millennium Fellowship Project: Chipless RFID Sensor for Wound Monitoring
Using a pH sensitive dielectric component in conjunction with a split ring resonator, I am testing, designing, and fabricating a device capable of wirelessly monitoring the fluctuating stages of a healing wound.
About the Millennium Fellow
Anthony Perez-Pinon is an electrical engineering student at Florida International University. He wants to earn his PhD in RF engineering and aims to help those in need in any way he can. Anthony enjoys learning about the different cultures around the world along, he especially likes eating the associated traditional dishes. While he may seem to be distant and quietly observing everyone, Anthony is friendly and enjoys conversation with others.
