Millennium Fellowship Project: Carbon Division

Carbon Division is an initiative to inspire students and faculty to come together and act towards a more sustainable future. We aim to make changes in environmental communication through increased awareness as well as engagement on our campus by creating accessible reports to measure environmental concerns and an online platform to bring people together.

About the Millennium Fellow

Gurpreet Singh Virk is a second-year applied mathematics and environmental studies student at Flame University in Pune, India. Ever since the world came to a halt because of the pandemic, he has been eager to understand the environment surrounding it. Through the project, Gurpreet hopes for communities to realize their connections with natural systems and wishes to work towards utilizing our tools while respecting them.
