Millennium Fellowship Project: REDUCING PLASTIC WASTE: A ROAD MAP TO A GREENER TOMORROW
Paper and Plastic Waste Sensitisation. is aimed at raising awareness amongst students, teachers and at large-the entire school community on how to make consumption choices that would ensure the sustainability of the planet in years to come, It will help educate us all about the need to be Intentional about our waste, going that extra mile to recycle or properly dispose the waste so as to create a better environment not just for themselves or ourselves but for others around us and our generations to come.
Some of the measurable goals I hope to accomplish are;
1. To get at least 15 persons make use of the waste bins or 10 people hold on to their waste and dropping it until they see a waste bins around them instead of the usual habit of dropping it off just anywhere.
2. Engage an average of 5 persons every month either virtually or I person on the need to be conscious of our environment and treat it better.
4. Solve a major waste challenge in the school environment.
5. Create an innovative way on how paper and Plastics can be Refused, reused, reduced and Recycled
