Millennium Fellowship Project: Mind Matters: Crushing the stigma

Mind Matters: Crushing the stigma is a project aimed at reducing the stigma around mental health challenges. The project involves educating people about their mental health, fostering awareness and support and specifically eliminating the barriers to seeking help. The project features a social media campaign, online webinars, events where different people discuss issues surrounding mental health and peer talks. The goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for people with mental health challenges and also encourage more individuals to speak up and seek help where needed.
