Millennium Fellowship Project: CyberSmarts
My project is to educate disadvantaged communities about data privacy and how best to protect their privacy. Many disadvantaged communities are often the first victims of harms done through the exploitation of data, and it is often because they are the least knowledgeable about how data can be used against them.
About the Millennium Fellow
Adaiba Nwasike is a 4th year Public Policy major at Georgia Tech where she has found a strong interest in policy decisions regarding cybersecurity and data privacy. She is passionate about educating others on how to secure their data and hopes through her project she can build a community knowledgeable about data protection, because safe data leads to a more sustainable world.
