Millennium Fellowship Project: Climate Action Now: Together Strong

Climate Action Now : Together Strong (C.A.N.T.S) is an project using social media to raise public awareness and inspire action on climate change and sustainability. The project aims to provide accessible information, practical solutions, and engage individuals through interactive campaigns. The project seeks to build an online community, measure its impact, and promote tangible changes in behavior and eco-friendly approaches. The project has specific aims, including raising awareness, engaging the community, supporting climate justice, and fostering collaboration. During the Millennium Fellowship period (August-December 2023), project C.A.N.T.S will host some online events and online propoganda, which aiming to reach about at least 1000 views. Furthermore, we will also host an offline promotion on the campus to attract attention and improve the environmental awareness of students.

About the Millennium Fellow

Wang Xiaobei is a very enthusiastic, cheerful student who likes to learn new things. She is a good communicator, has strong presentation skills, and enjoys expressing her point of view. She enjoys meeting new people and participating in group activities. She is very curious and likes to innovate. She is very time-management-oriented and likes to plan things out before doing things.
