Millennium Fellowship Project: Reproductive health: Abstinence among youth

This is a project I chose to partake in with my partner to educate the young ones about sexual health, while emphasizing on the benefits of abstaining from premarital sex. We all know that prevention is better than cure and a better way to promote this is to educate the children in the primary and secondary level, to fill in the gap where parents fail to educate their children regarding sexual health.

About the Millennium Fellow

Ifeabata Chukwuma is a student studying medicine and surgery at the University of Ibadan with a determination to make a difference. She is driven by a passion to find solutions and raise awareness about sexual health, particularly among adolescents. Her aspiration is for her project to be a beacon of hope, contributing to the reduction of sexually-related diseases. Beyond her studies, she dreams of delving into public health in hopes to find solutions.
