" Inclusion for Impact "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Disability-Inclusive Environmental Education
Environmental education for high school students, including students living with disabilities. The project aims to empower the students with the knowledge needed to conserve the environment and to make wise choices when using natural resources.
About the Millennium Fellow
Oluwakemi Oluranti is an environmentalist and an emerging African leader, studying Forestry at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She has always been passionate about a cleaner environment and health &well-being. This drove her to join the Nigerian Red Cross Society where she serves as an Emergency responder and a First Aid Trainer. Her passion for promoting a sustainable environment made her establish an NGO - Green Stars Initiative. She has successfully organized various philanthropic projects such as visits to orphanages and geriatric homes. Also, she has executed various environmental education projects. She aspires to become a sustainability expert and provide her contribution to achieving the United Nation's Sustainable Goals.
