Millennium Fellowship Project: UNBOXED

The project aims to address and mitigate the impact of childhood trauma on the mental health and well-being of children and youngsters, specifically focusing on preventing and alleviating depression. Through a holistic approach, "UNBOXED" seeks to create a supportive environment that fosters healing, resilience, and mental well-being among affected individuals.

About the Millennium Fellow

Harsha Nandhini is a junior undergraduate pursuing Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Harsha is an adventurous individual and is passionate about contributing to the world through impactful products. Though she is from an engineering background, Harsha adores art and culture. Through her project, she aims to identify and adopt strategies to help with mental wellbeing that results in a better transition to responsible adulthood.
