Millennium Fellowship Project: Analytics for Sustainability
Our project addresses the critical issue of food waste in hostel mess halls through the application of predictive modeling. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), our primary goal is to minimize food waste while ensuring adequate meal portions, thereby enhancing sustainability in dining facilities.
