About the Millennium Fellow
Jasleen Kaur is a Psychology major and Sociology minor at Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University. Her fervent ambition revolves around effecting positive societal shifts in mental health awareness and practice. Central to her initiative, "Wired With Psyche," is an innovative approach that melds theory with practical application. Adopting a developmental perspective, Jasleen is resolute in her commitment to enhance widespread mental well-being, aligning with a core sustainability goal. She aspires to challenge the prevailing stereotype surrounding mental health in India, eradicating the notion that self-investment is a mere luxury. Jasleen champions the fundamental right of seeking aid and envisions pursuing a master's degree in Counseling Psychology, nurturing personal growth alongside societal progress.
