Millennium Fellowship Project: Fruits in a Walk - Eden

It involves planting of fruits trees in the Horticulture students association assigned farm section. The aim is to create an orchard with 35 different plant species of trees that are to provide fruits for university students, pomology research materials for Horticulture students as well as training site for farmers interested to venture into pomology.

About the Millennium Fellow

Naomi Kanini is a fourth year Horticulture student at JKUAT. She is passionate about pomology and hopes that through her project on fruit trees more students and pupils will have access to fruits for their well being.
