Millennium Fellowship Project: Equality in healthcare access for all

This project aim at creating awareness within my immediate setting about the role universal health coverage can help to create equal access for all.
The role of the National health insurance scheme plays an important role in achieving the goal of this project.

About the Millennium Fellow

Dabo Pantong Luka is third (3rd) year, Medical Student at the university of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. Dabo is Passionate about how his immediate society can be free from the burden of some global health challenges especially emerging epidemiologically important health conditions, like malignancies, liver problems, cardiac problems and some dental pathologies, as well as finding strategies that breaks the barrier to access in health services in Nigeria and beyond. His project focuses on promoting good health for all and equality in accessing healthcare services for all.
As a Plateau native, Dabo focus on acquiring skills that help him address the health challenges confronting the state and some parts of the country at large. Upon graduation, Dabo hope to specialize in the field of oncology to address key oncological challenges facing Nigeria.
