Millennium Fellowship Project: Voices of Wellbeing

Voices of Wellbeing is a student-led initiative focusing on SDGs 3 and 4, with a mission to promote mental wellbeing among students from primary to university levels. Addressing the prevalent issue of unexpressed inner struggles leading to isolation and substance abuse, the project empowers students to voice their challenges. Through physical dialogues and mindfulness practices, it aims to create a supportive community. Despite challenges like stigma, the project is progressing, with ongoing efforts to develop a digital platform for resources. Future plans include expanding reach, collaborating with more institutions, and establishing a comprehensive support system. It is a commitment to changing the narrative around mental health for lasting impacts on the wellbeing of the youth community.
