Millennium Fellowship Project: Life Peak Health

Life Peak Health is a mobile application which provides a platform that connects cancer patients with oncologists and mobile clinics in their area focusing on SDG 3, Good health and well being by making cancer care accessible to all.
The app is like Uber but specifically for cancer care. Patients can order their chemo and connect with home-based care oncologist nurses, making cancer care more convenient and efficient. The app also includes an interactive map that shows nearby oncologists and clinics allowing patients to quickly access the care they need.
With the help of Life Peak Health app, patients don't have to rely on general practitioners or travel long distances to receive specialized care.
