Millennium Fellowship Project: Gunjur Youth for Health's Crusade Against Diabetes and Hypertension
I visit the local community and provide free tests for diabetes and hypertension.
I also give behavioral advice on how to live with the conditions.
I provide medication to those who are already living with the condition.
About the Millennium Fellow
Mamudou Bojang, a third-year student pursuing a BSc in Telecommunication Engineering at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, holds the prestigious title of a Mastercard Foundation Scholar. His impressive involvement extends to leadership roles, where he presently leads as the President of the International Muslim Association and concurrently serves as the Vice President of the Gambian Student body at KNUST. Notably, Mamudou is poised to continue his impactful leadership journey as the President-elect, set to assume office for the upcoming academic year. Beyond his leadership commitments, Mamudou has a keen interest in diverse intellectual pursuits, including reading, coding, and engaging in research endeavors.
