Glaucoma awareness creation is a project initiated to sensitize the youth and elderly specifically on the gradual rise in the cases of glaucoma, elaborate in lay man terms what it is, it's causes , and effect and screen as many as possible these people to pick up these conditions for early treatment and management
About the Millennium Fellow
Osei Rosina Boateng is a 22year old female at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology studying Doctor of Optometry. She is in the fourth year of her studies as a student optometrist. She is passionate about the eye health of people and is interested in knowing or finding out the reasons why some eye conditions affect some groups of people and the various ways and means to manage those that are not curable.
