Millennium Fellowship Project: Inclusive climate Advocacy

The project is aimed Empoweeing the maginalized communities for Environmental Equity and bringing the community members in to the available and mitigation measures that the can take up to promote the climate justice within their different areas and making them know how climate affects all genders because we found out that many women do not care about climate actions leaving it for the male gender so we make then also to be engaged in the activities that promote climate justice.

About the Millennium Fellow

Auma Oliva is student of kyambogo University in her year three in her final year now pursuing bachelor degree in public administration and resource Governance. She is public speaker,debater, SDGS champion,aleader,mental health advocate and she has volunteered with many organisations such as Island of Hope Uganda,Environmental hub Uganda,member of United Nation Uganda kyambogo chapter,founder of EDUCATE THE GIRL CHILD (ETGC) and Sony positions she holds at the university and in the community. Auma Oliva is some one who is very good at taking care or accomplishing what she is given and also so passionate about the girl child education and under her initiative of ETGC she has managed to encourage many girl CHILDREN to stick to education and always stand for themselves when it comes to gender equality (sdg5). Thank you for your time but hope she will great arrest impact in her community through many ways and as she goes through this training it will increase her ideas in how to solve the problems.
