Introducing Happy Minds Network: Revolutionizing Mental Health Support

Welcome to Happy Minds Network, a groundbreaking project led by Mark Odira from Kirinyaga University. Our mission is to combat the impact of mental health issues on our community by launching a revolutionary website and app. Through our platform, individuals struggling with depression, stress, or any other mental health challenges can connect with our dedicated team of mental health specialists and therapists. Our goal, by August-December 2023, is to support and guide individuals towards holistic recovery, ultimately fostering a network of happiness and resilience. Join us on this transformative journey as we pioneer a new era of mental health support.

Leveraging the Millennium Fellowship, he and fellow changemakers undertake a transformative journey, equipping themselves with essential leadership skills. Their collective zeal converges on the mission to create sustainable cities, contributing significantly to the realization of Sustainable Development Goal 11 – making urban centers inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable.
